The Blue Barrel for the Green Owner
Once again in partnership with the Farmington River Watershed Association we will be sponsoring an event to purchase discounted rain barrels.
Rain barrels collect rain water from the roof to be used later for watering plants and flowers. Rain barrel use encourages water conservation, can lessen the strain on municipal water during the summer months, and improves storm water management.
Through this program you can get a New Englander rain barrel, normally priced at $119.95, for only $85.95; and a Bio-Orb® composter, normally priced at $129.95, for only $99.95.
Prices for both include a $10 donation to the FRWA.
