CANCELLATION POLICIES
LESSONS
Lessons are held RAIN OR SHINE
(with the exception of thunder and lightning or severe weather).

Students canceling with 48 hours or more notice receive a full refund, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice receive a 50% refund. Students who fail to appear or notify us forfeit entire fee.

In the event that CCK cancels a class due to lack of enrollment, severe weather or emergency, we will make every attempt to notify students in a timely fashion. Students may reschedule or receive a full refund.

TRIPS
Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the trip will forfeit entire fee or customer can transfer their reservation to a family member or friend.

CCK reserves the right to cancel trips for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient sign ups and hazardous conditions.
