LIABILITY
We strive to provide quality gear and safety conscious guides. Water sports, however, as well as many other sports have inherent risks. Due to these risks we ask that you read, accept and sign a waiver, which we will provide prior to the trip, (view and print waiver). If you have any health conditions, which may impair your safety or the safety of others, please evaluate your ability to participate in one of our trips. The use of recreational drugs or alcohol is prohibited while participating in our tour program.

Those who are concerned about their endurance level may arrange with a partner to paddle a double kayak. These arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.

Located in the northwest village of Winchester Center Lake Winchester is an artificial lake yet is undeveloped. The trees and shrubs located within the impoundment area of the lake were not cleared prior to the filling. During the subsequent winter the trees were cut at ice level, and as a result, numerous dead trees and stumps reach to the surface of the lake making it ideal fish habitat. The species of fish found in the lake include chain pickerel, yellow perch, bullheads, calico bass, sunfish, and largemouth bass. Bring your fishing rod!
