GROUP OUTINGS
Canoeing and kayaking is a great way to enjoy the outdoors with
your work colleagues, family members or just a few friends. We can
provide the equipment and/or instruction to make your next event,
corporate function or party a unique experience. Some examples include,
but are not limited to, lessons for co-worker team building, youth
and scouting groups, large party rentals to celebrate someone’s
birthday, senior outings and guided trips. We are happy to work
with you and meet the needs your group may require.
We have built an established lesson and rental program;
our instructors are ACA certified and enjoy promoting the sport
through teaching. They focus on fun and safety while teaching you
the proper techniques. Our rental fleet is current and up to date.
We refresh it every year. It includes stable recreational boats
as well as coastal touring and whitewater kayaks.

for us to schedule your group quickly and efficiently we suggest
having more than one date available for consideration.
Lessons last 2 hours and are conducted in recreational
kayaks or canoes. Some advanced lessons are available to those who
have had previous paddling experience.
Local trips last approximately 4 hours on the water,
shoreline trips 6 hours, and are subject to additional shuttle and
guide fees depending on location.
Rentals are hourly or daily. Group size may be limited
on weekends.
Weekend dates are subject to availability on all programs.

Paddling Parties
Collinsville Canoe & Kayak offers kayaking birthday parties
for kids aged 7 and up. Parties last for 1.5 hours; we provide
the boats, paddles and PFD’s as well as a staff member
on the water. Parties consist of an informal lesson, so kids
feel confident and comfortable in the boats, and “on
the water” games. We also provide a picnic area with
tables for cake and ice cream before or after. Parents are
encouraged to participate. 8 participants minimum. One adult
required per every five children. Rates are $16 per person
mid week. Please give us a call to make reservations or for
weekend availability.
